Rob feels he lost the Dark Knight Rises bet unfairly. Tim ditches Joe and his family at the theater after seeing the film with them. Rob goes on a risky tangent wondering about ticket refunds after the weekend's tragic event. Rob's blood test results are finally revealed and its not all good news. Rob deals directly with Mike Finazzo following the debut of the show's scathing song parody about him. Rob is also under fire from his girlfriend after she overheard some of a conversation on the show. Joe helps Rob formulate a plan to collect some money owed to him and how to deal with the upcoming show guest who is at the center of the dispute. There is puzzlement over Fred Willard's detention by police for lewd conduct and Joe talks about his own brush with the actor. Following the recent comments of the Chick-fil-A CEO, Rob and Joe differ on how the controversy will affect the company's profits. A guest must be rescheduled due to technical issues.

One year older, none the wiser

Rob and Joe wonder how much more work Robby puts into the show than them based on some elaborate production he's done specifically for the show's one-year anniversary. The two discuss the highs and lows, successes and failures and the past and future of the show. Because Rob is trying hard to get into shape, a shirtless comparison is made among the show personnel. Joe makes a prediction about the death of a celebrity within the year. Many of the running themes throughout the year are explored including people and guests who have possibly been alienated. A song about one of those people is premiered as a big surprise for the show milestone. Rob and Joe discuss another comedian in some hot water.

Smarmy Weather

Rob is grateful for the break in the heat wave since his car's AC (really the entire car) is on its last legs. Robby's extreme passion for reality television is again called into question as well as how this, among other things, might affect his relationship. Rob appears on the 98 Rock Morning Show and Joe gets some verbal shrapnel from a fill-in host. The results of Rob and Joe's strange 'lovemaking mix-tape' are revealed. Joe shares his thoughts on the family meeting Robby's girlfriend for the first time. Between Rob and Robby's respective relationships with their girlfriends, Joe chooses which he'd prefer to fail. Magooby's Joke House attracts some strange patrons during Rob's headliner weekend. Joe's 14 years old son beats his grandfather at arm wrestling. Show entertainment correspondent and professional magician Michael Chamberlin has finally agreed to do Rob's open mic show. One frequently recurring topic on the show may have to be retired because of the subject's sensitivity.

The Rocket’s Red Glare

Winning yet another bet with Joe, Rob's gambling lead becomes formidable. Michael Chamberlin disappoints everyone when he can't make Rob's open mic date. Joe and Robby feel that a published bio for Rob doesn't send the appropriate message and exhibits blatant disregard for the show. Rob and Joe wonder how Robby has prepared his girlfriend for meeting the family during the 4th of July trip. They then create a song playlist for Robby to use in place of his normal romantic mix. Robby turns the wild inaccuracy of Youtube's closed-captioning feature into a game. Rob thinks Joe's sons are really missing out on the joy of illegal fireworks.
