Burying the Lead

Rob and Joe reflect on the evolution of the show over the first 99 episodes. Joe defends himself against a loyal listener's attack on Twitter. Rob has trepidation about and upcoming gig in Boston. The man everyone loves to hate gets booked for a local charity event and Rob reports on his latest interactions with him. Rob and Joe attempt to blackmail Wendi Townsend's anonymous emailer when he refuses to appear on the show a second time. Rob is surprised by a stammering open-mic performer. Joe makes a surprising personal revelation. Rob's girlfriend takes extraordinary measures to monitor his housework performance. Rob gets a sneak-peek at his unfinished reality show pilot. Rob discovers another "Rob and Joe" on Youtube and becomes an instant fan.

Ahead of the Curve

Joe makes plans on a Monday interfering with the show schedule. The half-Indian-half-Japanese frenemy makes more excuses and is suspected of more veiled threats to colleagues. Joe pokes fun at Robby's rigid attitude toward late callers. Rob attempts another strategy with now infamous sender of the anonymous photo. Rob and Joe are booked together on an undermined/under-attended, but nevertheless successful, show. Robby is quizzed again about his online dating history. Rob and Joe are guests on someone else's Podcast and discuss the complicated dynamic surrounding the appearance. After admitting to some bad behavior, the reasons Joe often makes a bad first impression are explored.

What Race is this Dick?

Rob and Joe dislike the judge's decision to withdrawal Chad Johnson's no-jail-time deal following his celebratory demonstration in court. Fans and detractors alike post their opinions about Rob and Joe on the web, so the two delight in reading prime examples of each. While Joe's new favorite subject is still dodging the show, the man nevertheless gives it credit for raising his profile online. A comedienne friend to the show is unsure if she recognizes the body part in a photo anonymously emailed to her. A man dressed in a Nazi uniform for his child custody hearing prompts Rob to consider what manner of dress might be worse for such an occasion. Rob details some bizarre stories from his weekend, and he and Joe both critique some of the people's activities (both on and off stage) that they witnessed at a show they both attended.

Buyer Beware

The much-anticipated, much-discussed guest is a no-show. Rob and Joe make their pleas to him directly to make good on his promised appearance, punch holes in his excuses and then threaten a boycott of his supposed corporate clients. Joe attends a disappointing Orioles game and is dismayed by the name on a jersey worn by a young fan of their opponents. A PBS ad campaign touting fictitious reality shows causes Rob to speculate on the legitimate entertainment value of these satirical premises. Rob uncovers something from his girlfriend's childhood that causes him to rethink the reasons why she might have been initially attracted to him. A TV panel discussion on what is appropriate subject matter in a comedy club hits a nerve with Rob. Rob does a small favor for a stranger and immediately regrets it.
