The Cook Books and the Cat

Rob enjoys some freedom while his girlfriend is vacationing in St. Thomas. This prompts an inquiry from Joe about Rob's duties around the house, and the hypothetical consequences a break up would have on his comedy act and what his future dating prospects might be. Joe is appalled by a local radio broadcaster's defense of Metta World Peace (Ron Artest). Entertainment correspondent Michael Chamberlin is back for a Summer 2012 movie preview segment, but appears to know very little about any of the films. So instead he is grilled about his life and performing magic for kids. Rob and Joe propose and interesting solution to his allergy suffering and they go in-depth on the extent of Michael's athleticism.

She’ll Drink and Eat Everything

Robby is on-edge and drinking again in anticipation of Veronica Belmont's return to the show, and his new relationship is once again a hot topic. Rob has a gig with Jim Norton and inadvertently says something insulting to the comic's manager. Rob and Joe talk to Veronica about the new incarnation of her 'Sword and Laser' show, possible plans for a family, the cancellation of 'Game On', LeVar Burton and her mother. Robby is put on the spot again regarding guest bookings. A recent news story about a man killed by a swan prompts contemplation of the most embarrassing ways to die, including Rob's own near-death experience.

Betting Etiquette

Rob returns exhausted from a road gig in Columbus Ohio and Joe's ex radio partner Theo is a no-show. Rob finds himself once again defending one of his unusual word pronunciations. Robby is quizzed about his weekend trip and missing a family get-together. Questions are resolved about some bets made on the air and Robby demonstrates that his facts aren't always incorrect. Rob wonders what the one billion dollar purchase of Instagram means for Facebook. The winner of the Funniest TV Character Tournament is announced. Joe is fascinated by the Titanic 100th anniversary memorial cruise.

Brunch or Intervention?

Rob and Joe seek listener contributions to the show's opening. Robby is under scrutiny as someone new in life becomes a regular listener. A brunch at Joe's house is like an episode of the show, Rob's lifestyle becomes a focus of the conversation and his relationship is examined once again. The Funniest TV Character tournament will soon have a winner. Rob found himself without a TV remote on an out-of-town gig and a discussion about viewing habits and gadget addiction ensues. Rob and Joe then ponder how people with unusual interests would find each other without the internet and in the same vein how dramatically pornography access has changed over the years.
